Our Promise to You: We promise to deliver our handcrafts USA products to you in a safe and secure manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.
Due to the handcraft nature of our products, there maybe a variation in color (due to the dyes of the fabric. It doesn’t happen very often), However, we endeavor to maintain as much perfection in our products with color, etc. If you do have any queries regarding your order, drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll get back to you.
Please read carefully - by placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:
Price: All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($). Delivery is made at an additional cost - please see our Postage & Packaging Charges page regarding these costs (which are determined by the final weight of your order) to USA and the Rest of the World. We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice - however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery.
Payment: Payment is only accepted via PayPal/Stripe/Credit Card. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. Payment of your order made via PayPal and Stripe is completely secure - we don't retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card Company or bank in relation to the processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason, your card payment is not authorized by your bank/credit card company, we will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
Security: If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. (check with the security of Paypal and Stripe payments)
No Liability of Third-Party Services: In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Delivery of your Order: In general we will do our best to ship most orders within 1-3 business days. International orders might be delayed in order to allow us to properly verify the cardholders information. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. However, this does not include Bank Holidays or weekends. Shipping charges for US and Canadian customer are as of now $ 5.00 standard flat rate. (This will be subject to change in the near future)
Orders should be received by you no later than 7 days after postage for USA customers. For all other countries, this delivery time may be longer (up to 15 working days after notice of postal of your delivery). Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find out the approximate delivery time for your country. It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal etc) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, ie Christmas, please allow for an additional time for posting.
Please ensure you give us a complete postal address - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address. Please ensure that there is someone at this address that can accept delivery - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered as there was nobody home. The customer will be responsible for meeting any further postal costs in this case.
We can post to either domestic or business addresses; if you require your delivery to be signed for, please note that this will involve an additional cost and will require someone being available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we hold a proof of posting (a receipt from our Post Office) that, subsequently, goes missing in the mail. If an order is sent to your given address, not delivered but held in the Post/Sorting Office and not picked up, by the customer, from there, the Post Office will return said order to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs involved in sending this order on to you again - you must meet that additional postage cost yourself (you will receive a PayPal invoice for the postal charge). As the order had not been cancelled by you within the regulation 7 days, our legal requirements are considered fully met and a refund of the full purchase price is not allowable in this case. All taxes and custom duties are responsibility of customers upon receiving parcels in their countries
Cancellation of your Order: with 24hours during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to invoke this right.
However, as we endeavor to dispatch orders within 1-3 days (working week), your order may have already been sent prior to you cancelling your order (you will have receive a dated confirmation email notifying you of this). If this is the case, please return your package unopened, unused, unwashed and in a re-saleable condition and we will organize a refund of your order costs (less delivery costs) within 30 days.
Refunds & Returns: Important If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number (RMA#) We will ask you to return it in an unopened, unused and re-saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your items. Costs of returning packages must be met by the customer personally. If you are not satisfied with our product or your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us at email@example.com as a matter of urgency. We will then arrange with you to either replace the goods or refund you the purchase price of the order (including any postal charges where the product is defective), whichever is your choice. We must insist all goods are returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. We highly recommend you ship the merchandise using a service which provides you with a tracking number and insurance. (25% restocking fee may apply when received after the 7 day period)
Refunds will be made via PayPal or Stripe. You can also cancel your order in writing (however, please note that this must be received by us within 7 days of you placing your order - please ensure that your postal system can accommodate this timeline) by writing to us. Please ensure you state your full name, address and order number on any correspondence with us so that we can quickly track your details.
Your Privacy: We do not sell or pass on any of our customer's information, ie name, address, email address etc to any other parties. However, we do put your email on our Newsletter for new product info, DIY Crafts, Recipes and etc. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your details from our mailing list or just un-scribe from your first email with us.
Your Disclosure: We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Services.
Samples: We do NOT supply any samples
Wholesale: We do wholesale, but you have other terms and conditions that are sent to you via getting our catalog. We can ship out our catalog per mail with a fee of $ 5.00. Once you make your first order the $5.00 will be automatically refunded or deducted from you order. All catalogs that are sent per email PDF are for free.
Trademark and Copyright Notice: We retain copyright on all materials on this website, including photographs and images, page design, text, product names and descriptions of any of our products and these may not be reproduced in whole or in part by electronic or other means without our prior written consent. We also retain the right of all Trademarks.
